WINDOW SCREEN RESCREEN/REPAIR

​

Charcoal colored fiberglass screen mesh comes standard.  Pull tabs and/or corner springs are also included (if missing) at no additional cost.  Other hardware, if needed, may need to be ordered and would be additional.  If a frame is slightly bent (not creased), we will try to straighten it at no additional cost.  However, if the frame breaks, or a plastic corner breaks due to being brittle, a new screen will then need to be built at your expense.  All rescreens are priced the same up to 12 square feet; oversized screens will need to be quoted.  You have the following pricing and upgrade options:

1. ​Mobile – Full Service.  $40.00 each.  We remove, rescreen, and re-install your screens.  A$35.00 each if 10 or more screens.  Add $10 each if installing into wood window frames (additional labor/material typically required).

2. Mobile – You remove and/or re-install.  $35.00 each.  You remove and re-install.  Simply place your screens where we can easily access them and take them to our vehicle. You re-install your screens, at your convenience, after we have rescreened them.  $30.00 each if 10 or more screens.

3. Drop Off - $30.00 each.  Available for up to 4 window screens.  Larger orders require our mobile service. 12 sqft+ sizes require a quote.  Usually, ready the next business day.  Appointments are required to drop off and pick up.  Payment is due at drop off.

​UPGRADE OPTIONS:

• Add $25.00 per screen.  UltraView 2® - black colored polyester screen that offers high transparency and therefore a better viewing experience, better air flow, and better insect protection.

• Add $35.00 per screen.  Pet Screen. Thicker black colored polyester mesh with a vinyl coating; 7X more tear resistant than standard fiberglass screen.  Highly recommended for pets or small children that may be tough on the screen; not recommended if having the best view is important to you.  Also cleans up easily.

​NEW WINDOW SCREEN (with new frame)

Charcoal colored fiberglass screen mesh comes standard.  White aluminum 3/8 frame is standard; other colors or frame thicknesses my need to be pre-ordered with larger 7/16 frame being slightly more expensive.  Pull tabs and springs (if needed) are included at no charge.  All screens are priced the same up to 12 square feet; oversized screens will need to be quoted.  You have the following pricing and upgrade options:

1. ​Mobile – Full Service.  $60.00 each.  We measure and install your new screens – and discard old screens at your direction.  Add $10 each if installing into wood window frames (as additional labor/materials are typically required).  $55.00 each if 10 or more screens.

2. Mobile – You Remove and/or Install.  $55.00 each.  You supply the measurements and install the new screens yourself; either by removing your old screens and placing them where we can easily access them or by taking the measurements yourself.  $45.00 each if 10 or more screens. 

3. Drop Off or Provide Measurements - $45.00 each.  You drop off your old screens so we can match them or you supply the measurements and specs (frame thickness, frame color, desired screen material, springs and/or pull-tab locations, etc.).  Available for up to 4 window screens.  Larger orders require our mobile service.  Payment at time of order using either Zelle or Venmo only.  Usually, ready within 2 business days.  Appointments are required to pick up.

​SCREEN DOOR RESCREEN/REPAIR (SLIDING OR SWINGING)

All standard sized screen doors up to 48”x80” with frames in good condition are included; see options below for oversized door pricing.  Charcoal color fiberglass screen mesh is standard.  Sliding patio doors are wiped down (not detailed), rollers are lubricated and, if necessary, replaced (see pricing below for roller replacement), frames are straightened (if not too damaged), and track is brushed out.   You have the following pricing and upgrade options.

1. ​Mobile – Full Service.  $120.00 ea.  We remove, tune-up (wipe down, check and oil rollers, minor frame straightening if bent, brush out track, etc, and re-install your rescreened door.

2. Mobile – You remove and re-install.  $100.00 ea.  You remove and re-install. Simply place your door(s) on the side of your home (or similar) where we can easily access it.  Once rescreened, we return the door to the side of your home, and you re-install the door at your convenience.

3. Mobile - $150.00 ea.  No maximum.  For whatever reason we are unable to remove the door and are left with having to rescreen the door in-place (more labor is involved).

4. Drop Off - $90.00 ea.  3 door maximum.  Usually, ready within 2 business days.  Appointments are required to drop off and pick up.  

5. Volume Mobile Discount:  -$20.00 each for 3 or more doors.  No maximum.

 

UPGRADES/OPTIONS/OVER-SIZED DOORS:

• Add $50.00 per door.  UltraView 2® - black colored polyester screen that offers high transparency and therefore a better viewing experience, better air flow, and better insect protection.

• Add $70.00 per door.  Pet Screen.  Thicker black colored polyester mesh with a vinyl coating; 7X more tear resistant than standard fiberglass screen.  Highly recommended for pets or small children that may be tough on the screen; not recommended if having the best view is important to you.  Also cleans up easily.    

• Add $30.00. 2 new bottom screen door rollers installed – if we have them on our vehicle.  $60.00 if we have to order them and make another trip to install them.  

• Add $175.00.  Aluminum pet grille installed: 30” up to 48” wide.

• Add $20.00.  For doors over 81 inches tall. All screen types apply.

• Add $20.00.  For doors over 48 inches wide; applies to standard fiberglass screen only. Other screen options such as UltraView 2® or Pet Screen will need to be special ordered and quoted.

 

NEW SLIDING PATIO SCREEN DOOR (we do not sell swinging or retractable screen doors at this time)

​$275.00 – includes delivery and installation.  $250.00 each for 3 or more doors.  We sell and install adjustable height (76.5 - 79 inch) doors, that are either 30",36" or 48" wide.  They are readily available in white or bronze color.  Wider, taller, or other color options may be available but will need to be special ordered and require a deposit in advance; they take, on average, 2-3 weeks once ordered.  We do not offer non-painted mill finish.  They have adjustable top and bottom sleeves, extruded frames, steel rollers, integrated locking handle, and comes standard with heavy-duty polyester pet screen (normally an upgrade item).  Add $100 if you would like us to re-screen the door using UltraView 2® (less durable; used for best viewing, air flow and insect protection).

TRAVEL FEE

Our office is located in Ventura.  We charge a $25 travel fee for properties located in more distant locations - (Simi Valley, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, rural parts of Ojai/Oakview, etc.).
