Welcome.  We are a father & son business located in Ventura. Like most mobile screen services, we do have a minimum service fee; ours is $90. That equates roughly to a minimum of either 2 new window screens, or 3 window rescreens, or a door rescreen, or a new sliding patio door, or a combination therein.
 
We do not accept drop-offs at our office as we are 100% mobile.  We do not sell or repair retractable screen doors at this time.  We also do not sell swinging screen doors, but we can rescreen them if needed;  and we can refer you to an affordable handyman for installation of a new swinging screen door.  For non-owner properties, we require someone to be at the property during the job and payment remitted either before or directly after job completion.  A paid invoice will be provided on all jobs.  Lastly, due to vehicle space limitations, we do not haul away and dispose of your old window or door screen frames.

Note:  we do not sell or install retractable or swinging screen doors.  We do, however, rescreen swinging doors - see below. We also do not sell or install security doors. 

 

SLIDING PATIO DOOR RESCREEN

 

​Not just a rescreen, but a rescreen & a "tune up".  We remove, lubricate and check rollers, wipe down, brush out and lubricate your door track, and install and adjust the repaired door.   If the door is at the end of its effective age, and/or shows signs of heavy corrosion, we will decline the rescreen and provide you with the option of purchasing a new screen door.  If we are able to refurbish the door to some satisfactory degree (change rollers or simply lubricate them to make the door roller easier), we will try, but improvement will be based on the age and condition of the door.

• UltraVue: For those of you that want the most unobstructed view and better airflow.  It is also has watershed technology (water will not bead up on the material). It is a black polyester screen with a very fine yarn size.  Lastly, it is also more durable than fiberglass.

• Pet/Solar Screen: Heavy duty polyester screen with a black vinyl coating. Easy to clean and seven times more tear resistant than standard fiberglass screen.  Great for pets, children or anything that may be tough on the screen.  It also offers solar protection that blocks 80-90% of the sun's heat and glare.

• Tiny Insect Screen:  Black polyester screen that has a vinyl coating and a very tight weave - which is designed to keep out those tiny flying insects like gnats, midges, and no-see-ums.

• Roller replacement: based on need and availability; stainless steel rollers are preferred for coastal climates.

Door Option #1:  Special order heavy-duty doors with stainless steel rollers - best for coastal climates.  We sell and install USA made RiteScreen heavy-duty extruded frame aluminum screen doors, that are typically either 30", 36", or 48" wide; we can provide custom sizes as well.  With regards to the door height, we ask that you measure your existing door and provide to us.  If no existing door, please click on the following helpful video link (measuring instructions: disregard door brand and description as this is just for help measuring for our door).  Lastly, tell us if the door is left or right handed (viewing door from the exterior, which way does it close - to the left or to the right?).  You will need to provide the measurements and handing info - best if provided to us via our online quote form.  Doors are powder coated and available in either white, bronze, almond, tan/clay or black.  We do not offer the older style non-painted mill finish frame.  A 50% deposit is required when ordering (Venmo or CC) and take an average of 7-8 business days to arrive; then another few days to schedule installation.  Scroll down for screen upgrade options. ​

Door Option #2:  Less expensive, get faster installation, comes standard with black polyester heavy-duty pet screen.  This is a medium-duty adjustable height door made by Reliabilt.  This door has steel wheels, extruded aluminum frame, integrated handle and comes standard with pet screen. Comes in standard sizes only (not in 8' tall or 5' wide) and has limited color options (white, bronze, and some sizes in black).  Not recommended for coastal climate longevity.  No deposit required.

None of our doors are the cheaply made non-extruded frame doors; they are built to last.  They come with the standard 1 year warranty,  but with proper care, will last much much longer.

Due to vehicle limitations, we are unable to haul away and dispose of your old screen door frame - but we can help by breaking it down for easier disposal. ​​

SWINGING DOOR RESCREEN

Other Services

Roller Replacement:  available with door rescreen only.  Prior to our rescreen appointment, if you can remove the door and send us a close-up photo of a roller,  we can check stock.  If we need to order the roller, we will and schedule the installation upon receiving the rollers.  Submit our quote form for pricing and availability.

Track Repair:  Options include new vinyl screen track for vinyl glass doors or a stainless steel track cap for aluminum doors. Submit our quote form for pricing and availability.

Aluminum Pet Guard/Grill: 

If heavy-duty pet screen is still not sufficient for your needs, you can opt for an aluminum pet guard.  We will need to order per door size and color.  As a result, you will be required to pay in advance for the pet guard/grill (via Venmo or credit card).  Once received, we will call to schedule a service call.  Submit our quote form for pricing and availability.
