Welcome.  We are a father & son business located in Ventura.  We offer discounted mobile window and door screen repair and/or replacement services covering most of Ventura County and surrounding areas. Please note, like most mobile screen services, we do have a minimum service fee.  Ours is $100. That equates roughly to a minimum of either 3 new window screens, or 4 window rescreens (vinyl windows only), or a door rescreen, or a new sliding patio door, or a combination therein. 

We do not accept drop-offs at our office as we are 100% mobile.  We do not sell swinging or retractable screen doors at this time.  However, we can refer you to an experienced and affordable handyman for installation.  We do rescreen swinging doors.  For non-owner properties, we require someone to be at the property during the job and cash payment (not Zelle, Venmo or personal check) remitted directly after job completion; a paid invoice will then be supplied.  Lastly, for a nominal fee, we can haul away and discard your old window and/or door screens.

Sliding Patio Door Rescreen

 

​Option #1 - Full Service 

We remove, tune-up (lubricate and check rollers), wipe down, brush out your door track, and install and adjust the repaired door.   If the door is at the end of its effective age, and/or shows signs of heavy corrosion, we will decline the rescreen and provide you with the option of purchasing a new door.  If we are able to refurbish the door to some satisfactory degree (change rollers or simply lubricate them to make the door roller easier), we will try, but improvement may be marginal in the end. Less Expensive Option #2

We come to you, but you remove and re-install the repaired screen door. Rollers are checked and lubricated as needed - but any adjustments are up to you during re-install.  Door is not wiped down.  Call or use our quote form for pricing and availability.

• Frame straightening if not too bent or damaged.

• Phifer UltraVue: For those of you that want the most unobstructed view, or the best airflow, or the best insect protection, or all three!  Black colored polyester screen with a very small 20x20 per square inch mesh pattern.  It also comes with watershed technology that prevents water from beading up on the screen when wet - which will obscure your view.  Lastly, it is also more durable than fiberglass.

• Pet Screen:  Heavy duty polyester screen. Seven times more tear resistant than standard fiberglass screen.  Easily cleans up with a damp cloth.  Great for pets, children or anything that may be tough on your screens.  

• Roller replacement: based on need and availability; stainless steel rollers are preferred due to proximity to the ocean.

​​​​New Sliding Patio Screen Doors

 

We sell and install adjustable height (76.5 - 79 inch) doors, that are either 30",36" or 48" wide.  They are readily available in white or black color; black color comes with some sizes limitations.  Bronze color is still available but is "special order" only.  60" wide, or 8' tall, or other colored doors (Bronze or Almond for example) will need to be special ordered and require us to take measurements.  A deposit in advance is required for special order doors. They take, on average of 1 week to arrive once ordered.  We do not offer non-painted mill finish.

 

 We do not carry super heavy-duty doors or flimsy non-extruded frame doors.  Ours include extruded frames (which makes them much harder to bend or break), heavy duty pet screen is standard, steel rollers, and a built-in locking system with a metal handle.  Options include rescreening with one of our other screen materials if you would prefer to have the best view and/or insect protection - additional fees apply.  We can also dispose of your old screen door for a small additional fee.

Other Services

Roller Replacement:  available with door rescreen only.  Prior to our rescreen appointment, if you can remove the door and send us a close-up photo of a roller,  we can check stock.  If we need to order the roller, we will and schedule the installation upon receiving the rollers.  Call for pricing.

Track Repair:  Options include new vinyl screen track for vinyl glass doors or stainless steel screen track cap for aluminum doors.  Call for pricing.

Aluminum Pet Guard/Grill: 

If heavy-duty pet screen is still not sufficient for your needs, you can opt for an aluminum pet guard.  We will need to order per door size and color.  As a result, you will be required to pay in advance for the pet guard/grill (via Venmo or credit card).  Once received, we will call to schedule a service call.  Call for pricing.
